Role Purpose
Plan, manage and drive IT business solutions portfolio and infrastructure for Commercial Division.
Key Accountability
- Identify best-fit technology solution for Revenue Management/Pricing/Inventory to efficiently improve business process, increase revenue and service to internal/external customers.
- Partner with Revenue Management/Inventory/Pricing team to deliver business solution capabilities with speed and simplification.
- IT lead for the sourcing and procuring of the solution to ensure ALL technology requirements are met and align to IT Strategy & Architecture.
- Formulate IT costing and technical requirements of the overall solution.
- Advisory to BU in the compliance to Procurement and IT Governance processes/standards.
Qualification & Experience
- Degree in Computer Science/Business related with 4 years in IT/Business & 3 years project mgmt working experience
Skills & Knowledge
- Ability to Communicate effectively at any level/grades/position.
- program/project management skill
- Some knowledge on subjects related to Revenue Management/Pricing/Inventory operations and processes.
- Experience in Revenue Management related systems.
Key Challenges
- To provide effective IT Solution but at the same time at competitive price
- Silos between department and increasing requirement for cross divisional / integrated solutions.
- To manage BU demand(new system) and supply(solution) in timely manner at lower cost.
