Role Purpose
Maintains standards of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results.
Key Accountability
- Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests;
- Approves incoming spare to meet DCA, EASA and FAA standard
- Documents inspection and upload into system, document must follow DCA, EASA and FAA cert.
- Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications. Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed
- Degree in Supply Chain Management/ Logistic Managemen/Engineering with minimum 4-5 years working experience in Engineering Field or equivalent or
- SPM/SPMV in Aircraft Maintenance and Country Regulation with minimum 4-5 years working in store incoming and outgoing proceudre
- Analyzing Information , Reporting Research Results, Documentation Skills,
- Promoting Process Improvement, Safety Management and Managing Processes
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Possess leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
- Inspection involves the examination of incoming consignments for quality. Very often there is a separate Quality Control or inspection department, which undertakes this work for most, materials. Otherwise goods are inspected by Stores to ensure that the inspection procedures laid down are carried out before materials are accepted into stock.
